DOES ANYONE OUT THERE KEEP OR KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT RIVER OR POND FISH LIKE ROACH,GUDGEON PERCH, CHUB ETC.IS IT POSSIBLE TO KEEP THEM IN AN AQUARIUM LIKE NORMAL TROPICAL FISH OR IS IT TOO MUCH HASSLE TRYING TO KEEP THEM.ANYONE GOT ANY INFO MUCH APPRECIATED THANKS

I think youre bigest problem is that most of those fish grow large (except gudgeon).
Chub are normally at least 2uk pounds and good sized ones are over 5lb in weight in the wild, roach can reach that, perch are lovely looking fish, but eat smaller fish!

I'm struggling to think of many UK river fish that stay quite small.

It would need a huge tank to keep those fish happy. Though if it could be pulled off would look great!
