Freshwater Puffers??????

I am interested in getting a freshwater puffer and have never had one before. Are they compatible with most fish and invertebrates? Can a few be kept together? Do they need special food? Thanks!

there are several threads before yours on dwarf puffers in oddball's, read through them and see if they suit you , they seem to be favorate here.

Puffers should be kept in a species tank as they tend to rip other fish apart

Special Foods-snails, bloodworm, brineshrimp

No probably about it. Puffers love inverts, they'll rip em to shreds.. starting with the eyes....
