Does this sound right?

125L freshwater tank with 2/3 sand and 1/3 soil, semi-planted.
tetra, cory, guppies, H rasbora, rcs

FEEDING:
Daily-feed lightly once
Every 2 days sinking wafer and shrimp pellets
Weekly-bloodworm and brine shrimp weekly on different days

MAINTENANCE:
Daily-check fish, remove snails, remove leaves

Weekly-
Test water- Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate, pH, KH
Check white polypad and replace if dirty
quick wipe of glass for algae
trim plants
20-30% water change
Flourish Comp once, Flourish Trace twice a week

Monthly-
Same as weekly but quick rinse of filter media in tank water
Coarse Sponge
Biomax rings
Cirax
Fine Sponges
Try and clean Juwel impeller (dont even know if I can remove it)

I havent really touched the filter media yet since its newly cycled.

I'd up the water changes to 50% myself, otherwise, it sounds great to me.

EDIT:
I don't think it would be wise to try to do anything to the impeller uneless you are noticing reduced flow or increased noise.
You know what they say:
If it's not broke, don't fix it!

I would suggest dropping the bloodworms and brine shrimp to monthly. They love it to be sure, but it's really not that good for them too often.

okay, will do, thought they were better for growing fish

yea, good point. just wipe it or give it a quick rinse IF needed.

the Juwel impeller should be easy to clean. Lift out the pump from the filter box, the impeller is underneath. Grasp it firmly and pull, it should just slide out. You can then wipe it and check for any damage (shouldn't be any but always check and replace if you see any damage) Then get a cotton bud and clean inside the impeller housing. The impeller is magnetic so it'll snap back in with no effort - I'd advise keeping your face away when you do as it splatters sometimes and you don't want a face full of smelly gunk

I'd like to point out that most of the fish you've listed are soft water fish, except the guppies. Guppies are a hard water fish and won't do well in soft water. Other than that it all looks good to me :)

I need to ask, why are you removing the snails? I hope the only leaves you are removing are leaves that have detached from your plants. Do you have plants that are over grown so that you must trim them?

I've only found 4 pond snails so far, didn't want an explosion of pond snails in my tank. I only remove floating melting or dead leaves.

Tank is too full now for anything else so cant really get a Clown loach.

That tank is way too small for clown loaches anyway. Way way too small. 125 Gallons would still be smaller than I'd recommend for clowns, because they are a shoaling species in addition to very large fish.

Yea, I didn't quite restrain myself when buying. At the moment its still fine but when they get to adult size, I think I will need to upgrade or move at least 1 group to another tank.

How long on average does it take to get to adult size? a year? 2?

Sterbai cory
Harlequin Rasbora
Rummy Nose Tetra
Guppies

I'm not that worried about the Pygmy cories and Cardinal and Neon tetras.
