Freshwater Live Food

Hi,
I culture some freshwater livefoods namely Microworm, Grindalworm and Whiteworm to name but a few. Can I feed any of the aforementioned to marine fish.

Snack/change of pace, sure.

Mainstay of diet, not a great idea...

If you were able to gutload any of them on marine flakes they might be a bit better, but I agree with Ski, better to use them as a treat rather than a staple.
