Freshwater Flounder?

Are they really freshwater? Or are they babies of the saltwater sportfishing guys?

They are brackish and i don't think they get anywhere near the size of the saltwater flounders. Need at least a 29 gallon or a 20 long here is a link.

There is at least one species that is truly freshwater (archurus archurus [?sp]) but most are likely to be brackish.
