Im thinking about setting up a corner tank for tropical puffer fish, but although they're tropical do they still need a little salt like the Bumblebee Goby's?
LOL!!! don't any of you read any profiles? its ok; i have a deep voice.
but seriously, there's no such thing as a tropical puffer. there are about a dozen species that range in size from 1" to 30" with personality ranges to match. you can't simply say "oh that's a tropical puffer, it needs suchandsuch and this-that-the-other." puffers are dwarf puffers, loritets, fahakas, south american, mbu, humpbacks...
like i said, what you need to do depends on what puffer you want to get. so go ask the experts in Oddballs because the people who know the most about puffers don't really spend much time over here in chit-chat.
you want the best answer on puffers? do some research and take the extra five seconds to post in the appropriate forum.
