Frequency Of Feeding Question?

Hi

At present i only have the following corals in my tank -

1 x zoa
1 x button polyp
1 x purple mushroom
1 x yellow leather

I have been using "Marine snow" every other day, about 3mm a feed.

Is this enough? And what else could i feed them?

i would lay off the marine snow for a bit. at least until you have enough of a clean up crew to mop up the excess.

The corals you describe get most of their nutrients from the light anyway.

I feed weekly and most it would appear gets skimmed out again when the skimmer goes on again..... (Based on the fact that its the only thing going into the tank realy to get skimmed out for the last few weeks has been marine snow due to running the tank fallow)
