I have been giving my Jack some tubiflex worms every few days as kind of a protein supplement. what I was wondering was I also have a N.Livingstonii and some yellow labs in a 55 gallon tank would it be alright to give them a small peice of a cube since they are about an inch and a half long?

i'm sure it would be fine,i personally don't use tubifex coz i've heard some nasty things about it(i think it's only the frozen kind)but either way i don't use it ;) do you feed them plankton or krill?my fish love that stuff.

Most is correct!!!!!!

Even freeze dried tubifex can harbour nasties. I have read many accounts that even through the freeze drying process the bacteria these critters harbour can survive.

IMO DON'T USE THEM!!!

There are many other foods on the market that are much safer.
