Free spotted raphael catfish

Hi guys, is there any of you living near the menasha/appleton Wisconsin area ?
I have a 6/7 inches Spotted Raphael Catfish looking for a good home.
I got it for free but he doesn't eat any of the food I give to him.
I tried different bottom feeders food, shrimp n fish from grocery store cut in little pieces but he didn't touch em, I tried blood worms n brine shrimps bug he still doesn't eat. I thought maybe one of you lives near by n have more experience than me caring for this kind of fish.
If any of you lives close by n would like to adopt this guy please let me know .

unless the person you got the fish from, bought it that large, it must have been eating for them??? assuming you tried the exact food they were feeding it??? maybe a good question, was it eating for them, or did they gift it because it wouldn't eat for them??? if it was wild caught, at the size it is ( large by aquarium standards ) maybe try some feeder guppy's, rosy minnows, etc... perhaps it needs live food to catch...

I don't currently have a good tank for it, & I'm not very close, being in southern MN
