My pair of BN's first attempt at mating has proved very successful and I now have 40-50 young that need a good home. I don't know the L codes for them but the parents are slightly different patterns. I have better photos if anyone wants them. They will be approx 3 months old at the end of April and majority are about 2cm currently. I will be looking to move them on from the end of this month before they outgrow my 2 tanks.

Thanks for looking.

BUMP

These little guys are now free to good homes. I am more interested in rehoming them than trying to make any money from them.

Definitely, one near me offers £1 each for them. That's a fair amount of store credit for treatments and food etc. :good:

Thanks for the advice. I have now found one LFS who will take them when they get to 1 inch so we are nearly there. Hopefully I will get a few quid in credit for them so I can restock my tank.

Brilliant mate. Did they say what they would give you for them? Lfs's can sell them all day long!!

He said to bring down a few as a sample and we can work out a deal. Hopefully he will take the lot as I think I have over 60 at last count! No bad for their first brood, they spend the rest of the time fighting.

Oh dear. Do you have another tank to put the female into? Then you could re introduce her when you want some more. If you managed to get a quid a piece you will be laughing!! Better than free to a good home eh?! :)

I've used my hospital tank (20L) as a nursery for 20ish and put the female in there to give her a rest. The split in the young should keep the bio load down in the main tank (240L) as they get bigger. Can't keep them much longer though or I'll be changing the water every day!

Hi, are any of these still available? Thanks.

How many did you want? As you can see from the previous posts I have managed to find a LFS willing to do me a deal. If you wanted a couple I am sure I could accommodate.

I don't mind paying something for them, just wna find some local, and not from a lfs who charge a bomb!

Was looking at around 10, if that's okay? If not, no problem.

That's fine, I have loads and my focus isn't to make money out of them. Obviously store credit is very handy though. How about £5 for 10? When did you want them? Some are nearly big enough to travel (just under 1 inch with a bit of fat on them).
