I found some goldfish eggs in my pond, they were spawning yesterday. I collected mostly opaque ones and then found out from this video (http/www.youtube.com/watch?v=c8mX2GLGGq0&feature=related) that the transparent ones are fertilized, not the opaque ones so I'm going to try and get more in a bit. How could I hatch them? From the same video, it says to have an oxygen pump.. I have a filter which puts bubbles in the water, is this what it means? Also, keep it says to keep it on the surface.. does this mean keep the filter outlet near the surface?? Thanks for any help!
also.. Does water temperature matter? Can I keep them at room temperature OK? Or is this too warm? I also could keep them in my divided betta tank(side without any bettas)but i'm assuming that would be too hot? If not, i'll have to set up a temp tank for them.
Thanks again
