i have a 2.5cm female baby mollie in my tank, there are 2 adult females and 1 male.
will the father mate with his daughter when she is big enough?

yes, most definetely, guppies are so weak nowadays because of that

Yea.. 1 generation isn't bad.. but when you start to breed father to daughter more then once you will see more and more deformities.
