how many spawns have u got growing up at the moment ? is it 4 or 5 ?

i was just wonderin haw comes ure 4 week old fry already have there colour mine are 4 weeks an still dont have colour an i didnt think they wer supposed to get coulour till 6 weeks am i wrong??

Yeah, I have 2 sets growing out at 4 weeks, and they don't look like that. No color, and not that big at all. No fair What are you feeding, and what is your water change schedule?

Yep, mine are almost 4 weeks and almost that big, but with not nearly that much color. Lookin' good, bettaman!

Its just microworms and bbs and i give them crushed micro pellets as well about twice a week, some are still white no colour, some showing black fins.....for more information on the parents and grandparents look at recent spawns on website as it a bit complicated well not but there are pictures they are plakat crosses i would say these are females but will have to wait and see............caroline have5 spawns on the go at the moment and the father of these is also the father of another will get some more pictures over the weekend when I'm off so can have more time.....

Edit o and sorry grated frozen bloodworm's, thawed before putting in tank i do feed them 4 times a day, sometimes at 1 in the morning good job my neighbours know what i keep in my fish house thats just to make sure they get 4 feeds
