Saw black worms mentioned in 55gallondude's post. Are these good for bettas in general or mainly used when spawning? they look big and I hear bettas should be fed a little when they do get food. Are they good for other fish?

yes blackworms are very good live food for any fish, if the fish is too small feel free to chop them up befor eyou feed them

they are good to condition the bettas with along with a variety of other foods. and no, bettas should not just get a litlte bit of food, they shoudlnt' be overfed iether but i dont' see a need to starve them
