Hey can any1 tell me what to feed my giant gourami

They should eat regular tropical fish flakes? YYou also try feeding them brine shrimp or blood worms?

There is also many frozen foods on the market like mosquito Larvae that is pretty tasty for fish?

They are omnivores, you can feed them live food all the time but it will get very expensive, normal flakes and pellets are fine.
To me, they eat every thing that is edible and small enough to fit their mouths.
