I have filled the tank with fake plants and a rock so she should feel secure.

I have tried granular food

i dont know what else to try.

This is a normal behavior with bettas, some bettas will go weeks without eating because they are still getting used to their surroundings. Do you have a picture of it?

Also live food works to temp them out of this shy state. I wouldn't worry right away if she's new. I say just choose a food (I don't like flake or I use the Hakari betta pellets, freezedried bloodworms, or live bloodworms) and stick with it. Also try to be routine in the begginning, like feeding in the same spot. When she acclimated to her new digs she'll come out and try some. Live foods are always tempting because they wiggle. But I wouldn't worry right now, just start a feeding routine and stick with it and she'll join in. Just don't offer too much food. Like 2-3 pellets or worms in the beginning (don't want to pollute the tank if she isn't eating yet.)
