food for optimum growth

What should I feed silver dollars for optimum growth?
I feed mine mostly spirulina discs and goldfish pellets and occasionally bloodworms and carrots. Is that enough? Also, I feed about 3 times a day, what they can eat in about 30 seconds.

Beef heart is good for quick growth, although some people find it inappropriate to feed tropicals. Either way, you can find it in the frozen section of your lfs.
