foggy..

I changed my water today as my usual rotine and it became foggy and cloudy. The ammonia levels still wont come down and i just dont kno what to do anymore >.<

What fish do you have in the tank? Keep up the water changes but do them daily until the ammonia comes down, what level is it at?
