I'm hoping someone can help. I just bought a second hand Fluval 4 plus off Ebay. Before I bid I sent a message to the seller and asked if it had the venturi valve and he confirmed it did. I'm sure you're going to guess what coming next - there was no valve!! And of course he's not replying to my message.
I was wondering if anyone had a venturi valve (just the black knob bit) knocking around in the bottom of a drawer that they no longer need? They are the same for the 2, 3 and 4 plus. I would love you forever
