It is with a tear in my eye that I am looking to sell off my current tropical tank. As much as I love it though I am upgrading to marine and I just do not have the time or money to have both tanks running.
Just about everything is in perfect condition, all livestock is in good condition and tank is spotless. Been running about two years and haven't had a fish death or any issues in 18 months.

Fluval Roma 125
Fluval U3 filter. (With a years worth of spare pads)
Fluval Heater (THIS NEEDS REPLACING. It has a burn mark on one side.)
Standard T8 lighting.
