Hi, just saw in a shop a spray bar for fluval internal filters, now I had always assumed that a spray bar was usually best placed above the water level, (I know there are various opinions on this but thats not my question!).
The question is can the fluval internal filters have their output nozzle raised above the water with/or without a spray bar attachement? Or are they purely for use with the nozzle under the water?
If anyone has a picture of a filter with a spray bar under the water and the effect it has I would be interested. I quite like the way the current in my tank circles around it at the moment, but would also be interested to see what effects the spray bar could have.
Cheers.
