Fluval Ebi Nano Shrimp Habitat + Co2 Kit Question

So I might be getting one of these, and I was wondering how well constructed all of the components in this set was. Would I be better off taking my 15 gallon and buying everything separately?

Also, is the Fluval CO2 88 kit any good, and would it be okay for the Ebi?
