I think its a great buy ! I will not be using any of the fake plant etc etc !

This tank is going to be fully planted with co2 addition and root tabs etc

Do any of you guys know of anything i could purchase also to get the best out of this tank !

Ie different Light tubes etc when i find out wattage i will be sure to let you guys know !

I also do not have a clue on what to stock it with !

Ill be putting mostof my current fish into it !

With the addition of some new ones !

So far i know i want 10-12 tiger barbs (maybe a few green ones mixed in) and my 2 albino rainbow sharks will be going in to

As i have bought fish from the same regions of origin i would like to continue this and keep them as closely related origin-wise as possible !

Sumatra, Thailand , Borneo and Indonesia and there abouts !

Plants im not to bothered with the origin ! I want some slightly easier ones to grow as i havent had alot of luck with them so far ! I think thats due to my lack of light though !

Anyway I would really appreciate any recomendations on plants, fish and any other items i might need !

Thanks alot in advance

Richie

I would go for an external filter and heater. Your scape will look much better without filters and heaters clogging up the tank.

For lighting Arcadia Freshwater lamps would be a good choice. As for plants have a look at the pinned topic in the planted tank section for fast growers.

Stocking wise we will be able to advise you better when we know what you will be moving into your new tank.
