Size: 350mm or 12inches
Media: Currently a Foam Insert, Looking at it i can see no issues about adding other media.
Powerhead: Is adjustable so either a very strong flow or weak, Unfort I do not know the official L/ph figures. The Flow is also directionable.

Thats correct. There are no suckers or brackets. I used to just place it in the tank and place a piece or two of bog wood against it and it was never an issue.
