Hi all, just been to local petstore to buy banjo catfish, and saw a brand new fluval 105 for half price, well i had been looking for something to eventually replace the bulky internal supplied with the tank. Now, the aquaart hood is quite specialised, and the tank is established, I have no troubles transfering media. But I cant get it to fit together :p the pipe hooks and the hood lid that is...

Any help? THANKS!!!!

i have the aquaart tank from tetra and a 105!!!!

erm - you have to remove the back flap off the tank to get the connectors of the fluval in - or you could cut the lid which is what i intend on doing.

thanks

Cheers matey :> your a star!

How does the back flap come off btw?

So the holding hooks fit over, cool :>

Thanks again!!!!

(any chance of a pic?)

If it's anything like the fluval hoods the cutouts are just big enough for leads to go into internal equipment, but......

........they also have an indented extra square above which you can snap out if you want to get pipes into the tank.

sorry cameras broke mate

but the flap comes off quite easily. there are like 2 connectors (1 on each end) and they simply just push off with a bit of force

all the best - good luck
