Ok, so i've had my fluval 104 for years, but shut it down about 5 years back (I'm rubbish with time). I started to run it just over a year ago, with no problems, and about 3 weeks ago it packed up for good. The motor doesn't work that spins the little white fan thing. So I bought off of ebay a new motor head, but only when It arrived did I find out that the clips are different. I'm guessing they've changed it slightly since ages ago ):
Any chances of me fitting it on and getting it working? Or do I have to buy a new filter completely?
My fish are fine without a filter, but my snakehead bites if I don't pay him attention during water changes
Plus the noise of the water makes going to sleep easier!
