Flower Fin Fish?

Has anyone heard of a flower fin fish? Can anyone direct me to any pictures of one?
A customer came in and said that the Eupterus Catfish I sold him was not actually that but a Flower Fin fish...I have never heard of one so I was wondering the differences between the two.

Yea I have tried looking it up but couldn't find anything...and I do love my catfish so I am very interested to see where he got his info
