Flourish Excel And Amano Shrimp

can i still use flourish excel with amano shrimp in my tank.

I've not had any problems using Flourish with my Amano or Crystal reds however, I never give the big dose you are supposed to when you start using it or after a big water change. I have given double dose before to help spot dose on hair algae to kill it off.
