Flora Grow Co2

Hi all im a newbie and would love some advice please if poss....i have a 90 ltr tank with about 8 small plants in and gravel...the tank name is a FLUVAL and pump and heater all came with it,,,well iv got it all up and running geting ready for fish in a few weeks after water co2 amonia ect levels are all corect with the advice of my farther who keeps marine and has done for years....well what im looking for is he was advised to put a FLORA-GROW CO2 SET into my tank but i have no idear how oftern you need to fill the chamber that goes in the tank there seems to be no real advice on how you use it , only what it does...it clearley states how to fill the chamber with the co2 and what time of day , but not (at what point in time ) and how often you need to do this ....please just some advice on this product would be very greatful....thanks Greg

1 or 2 times per day, they arent the best bits of kit, i would reccomend a DIY kit (or nutrafin kit if you dont want to DIY) as it is easier to use.
