Floating loach x 7 days!

one of my dojo loaches has been floating for at least a week now. At 1st he would swim down for meal time, but now I have to hand feed him as he lies upside down in the dollar weed at the top of the tank. He will only eat a couple bloodworms then will move somewhere else. He is extremely affectionate and I HATE seeing him suffer for so long! He is breathing extremely fast (a sign of pain with mammals, and I assume fish also). He has no injuries, the other 4 loaches he was bought with show no sign of illness.

It won't let me post a video.
Idk what his poop looks like opposed to the others. His stomach doesn't appear more bloated than his/her siblings/tank mates. He just lies on the weeds upside down or on his side. He will take a small nibble of food if i put blood worms right up to him, but will no longer move for it. This has been going on so long... I just can't imagine dying that slowly.
