floating bogwood

:( ok my bogwood has been in the new tank over ngiht and its still floating!!!


tryed to wiegh it down but its havin none of it.... only problem i find with this is its clunking against my tank side.... will this do any damage???


they are 2 small peices roughly about 7-10 inches long....... realy annoying me now



any suggestions?.

it can take a few days even. i put mine in a bucket of water for a few days until it sank (one only took a few hours, one took 5 days!!!). you might want to take it out and soak in a separate container until it floats.
 
I agreee with ManyAMolly, I always find that there is trapped air in the wood even after it has sunk so it will sake some time for the wood to soak all the way through and it will sink eventually.

Keep it weighed down though as if it is floating only one half will be in the water? :blink:
