hi all, well, i went to my lfs and bought two applesnails, they are cute and remind me of spongebob squarepants  , but now one of them keeps floating and doesn't seem to sink. i manage to get him/her to the bottom and float him below a leaf or something and he manages to get back on the road, but then lo and behold, there he is floating agian, why i ask, why!!!! :S
how can i fix it?

That's normal for them to do that. There's nothing wrong that you need to fix. Mine would sometimes close up and float around for a day or two and I've read posts from other people that said they will do it up to two weeks... or maybe it just seemed that way. Maybe they were coming out at night and floating around during the day.

Browse through some of the other topics in this forum about feeding and care of them also.

When mine died they sank straight to the bottom and then weird goopy stuff (guts) started hanging out. So unless they do that you are probably safe.

Yep this is normal behavior. It may be that he has a bit of gas trapped infront of the mantel, turn him upsidedown in the water and see if any gas escapes. But aside from that just leave him alone until he sorts himself out.
