flicking and rubbing

My fish are rubbing them selfs on the gravel and objects,
they seem to be healthy so i tested for ph, nitrate,and nitrites or are within normal levels so i bought some ammo lock2 and it's not as bad as it was but the problem still there.
Can someone help?

Flicking and rubbing are normally signs of high nitrate readings or badly filtered water with lots of debries floating around,what exactly were the readings that you say were fine?Try doing a large water change of about 50% and giving the filter media a good rinse (in the old tank water)and it should stop,if it dosen't then it could be a kind of microscopic parasite that will require a course of treatment to get rid of it.
