Fishie Kisses!

Just ben rearranging plants in my tank and when i put my hand in my goldie came up and kissed my fingers!!!
i know im sad for being so excited but its the first time he has done it and the boyfriend isn't interested so thought i'd share my excitement with you guys!!!!!

You are not sad for being excited at all. Fish have certain characteristics that appeal to us all and the fact that you are getting so much pleasure from your fish is nothing to be ashamed of!

It is probably just nibbling you out of curiosity more than anything else, fish do not "kiss" in the sense that we are familiar with (its not anything to do with love/affection or romance), when between fish it is often an act of agression and between people and fish it is often just curiosity .

really dissapointed now thought he was showing me love!!!
ha ha i thought it was something to do with curiousity but it was really cute to see and feel him 'kissing' my finger!!!

Seems to be that if your boyfriend isn't interested in kissing your hand, you need a new boyfriend

ha ha after reading that it came out wrong!! he just wasn't interested in my fish!!!!
