im looking for a fish for my 15gal tank with 2 otos,6 guppies and 4 neon tetras i would prefereably like something small that needs about 4 or 5 of them and they are schooling fish .....i will also add easy to breed and peaceful

I know you are looking for a schooling fish but it seems like you already have all schooling/shoaling fish. I would suggest a specimen fish. One semi-larger fish as a show case for the tank, like a ram or a kribensis. Both are peaceful community fish (also easily bred) and are very colorful. They also don't get very large, the krib only gets to be about 4 inchs long.
