first off u need to know what size these are gonna grow to, so a search and try an find a fish index... as soon as u have the sizes u will be able to yay or nay them urself

i noticed u picked an angel... they dont stay that size

tiger barbs i have... they are very nippy... i keep them in with other barbs (check out tank number 1 in my sig

crab iv also got.... they get bigger... but not by much... tricky to look after if u have a daft tank thats got a couple of holes in the lid (like mine) u get them doin the great escape every now an again iv nicknamed mine steve mcqueen.

sharks get big over time... dont know how much time... iv got an albino rainbow one... had it for a few months an its gettin bigger (still small enough to live nicley in my 3ft atm tho) they are also territorial... he killed his first intruder last night... one of my barbs.. (large green not tiger) poor little might got too close to mr sharks home :-(

as for the others i have no idea... i do suggest u take my advice an do a search on them tho :)

Ok, the Bala Sharks or Silver Sharks as you call them will easily outgrow a 180L tanks reaching 12-14inches so they're out the window. The Tiger Barbs can't go with Neons as they are nippers and will attack other smaller more vunerable fish, they will also not live happily with the Angels, this leads to another point, the Angels may well eat the Neons, some people have Angels that will eat smaller fish others leave the smaller fish alone IME my Angels WILL eat smaller fish. The Silver Dollars are fine and so are the Upside Down Cats but if you want real plants don't get the Silver Dollars, by skeleton fish I presume you mean Glass Catfish, if so these are also ok. As for the Crabs I would seek the advice of our expert Ken gw if you PM him he will tell you their requirements.

So heres the list-

3 Upside Down Catfish
3 Silver Dollars
2 Angels
3 Glass Catfish
8 Neons (possibility)
2-4 Red Clawed Crabs (possibility)

All the fish you have picked need the company of their own kind.

Good Luck

i wouldnt have that many in one tank... 2 for a 4ft 2 for a 3ft... i dont know the size or his ank in length.. but i for one wouldnt like the idea of puttin 3-4 crabs in one tank thats askin for trouble...

thanks for that, obviosuly keep them coming,

any other ideas, i like the neons cos they shoal but they are very tiny and could be lunch for most,,

the columbian sharks and red tailed sharks looked well cool, but as you say may not go

also interested in other fish yous will suggest, angels are not a must, but think they look nice,

also the crabs are a MUST, was looking at the rio180 tank in the shop, OMG its big, maybe too big for our house, however might be better going for a corner tank, seems like the better option, still paranoid about 180litres going downstairs!!!!!!!!!!!

keep em coming guys

This is what I was thinking if the tanks main inhabitants were Crabs with just a few fish, you can keep a male and female crab in 25 gallons so you could add two females to a 50 gallon, however, I may well be wrong as I am no crab expert and have never kept them :) .

Bala sharks, Barbs (Tiger, Cherry), Catfish and Silver Dollars are all amazing fish to have. Neons are nice, yet they are fish food to many more interesting fish. Angels are risky, they may stay small, or they may grow to be absolute monsters (I ve made a mistkae like that before). Crabs are very interesting as well, but do not keep multiple crabs in a tank, becuase, as it was said above, your just aksing for trouble.
