Hi TTF,

I was looking at my tank today and I noticed that one of my Molly fry was not swimming properly. I looked closely at the fish and noticed that the tail seemed injured I was wondering what I should do. And if it is a tail or spine injury, I also noticed that there was a cut up on top of the body near the spine. And I saw some bleeding on the fish.

Tank you in advance.

Update* I thought that the fish would not make it through the night but it did it is swimming weirdly. I was not able to get a clear picture of it.

When i kept live bearers, some of them were related which i had bought from the shop resulting in inbred fry which are most of the time deformed and usually won’t make it very long. If it’s not this maybe another larger fish in your tank has nipped at it? You need to attach a picture for us to be able to identify it properly.
