I'm looking to make a cichlid based tank (46 Gallon, live plants)

My current fish include

5x blue rams
3x cory cats
1x Dwarf clown Pleco

I would like more peaceful type cichlids, but besides blue rams I don't really know much about other cichlids. any information on suggested fish will be welcome.

and one more question: would Bolivian rams fight with blue rams? i know rams are peaceful except among themselves, but will different species of rams get along?

Keyholes and angels, both cichlids, would work Maybe a small school of deep bodied tetras as well.

All the fish you want will be staying in the bottom part of the tank rams are bottom to mid swimmers. Corys and plecos are bottom fish. If I was you I would add a nice school of tetras that are more of a top swimmer. Emperor tetras are great and pretty. They like the mid to top part of the tank.

One angle fish would make for a nice center piece fish.

Deffinitely a school of something, personally I like cardinal tetras, but you could have rummynose tetras, black neons, penguin tetras, harlequin rasboras etc etc
