Fish Rot

Last week I had a number of Fish's tails split, I treated them for Fish Rot and they healed. However over the weekend, 3 fish have died, and this morning, a number have white patches on them. I am still treating them for Fish Rot and Fungus, but is there anything else I can do as I am worried I am going to lose more of them ?
