Fish R Fun Hexagon Aqurium

we just brough a fish r fun hexagon aquarium, just for the baby guppy's so they dont get eaten etc.. how long does the water take to heat on a tank that size? - 5 gal 12v 50hz 50w heater, its been on for like a day now and the water still feels really cold, im guessing its broke but giving it a chance (although i think 24 hours u should feel something!!)
cant find their website either?!

any help?

Try a thermomiter, so you know its temp. Feel the heater (BE CAREFUL) and see if its giving off heat, also check its pluged in

yes its plugged in.... we only have the one thermometer for our other tank, we forgot to get another, it was the length of time it should take i was really wondering, i really dont think its working to be honest but i want to give it the benefit of the doubt

As i said before try feeling it, see if its giving off heat, if it isnt try fiddling with the nobs on it, and move your thermomiter to this tank for say 10mins just to see the temp.

tis is set to bring the temp to 26c no more no less
there is no varible setting on it.
My advise go buy a proper heater that you can change the temp setting on.

you will be asked to install chinese script (every page) just click cancel and you will be ok
