My uncle and i went to the shop. And he was buying these. Just had to take a pic (with fone) and share the prices :)

price wise for a cory, that sounds about right (doing quick currency conversion), but "colored albino cory", sounds like you bought some dyed ones.........which is not only cruel for the fish, but a scam on customers who don't know, because that color will fade in few months and you'll have regular albino corys. just and fyi. but hey, albinos are great little cories (though i personally can't get paste how much they remind me of little maggots when i see them scurrying about out of the corner of my eye......)

Hmmm... Coloured Albino... Isn't that like Turbo Diesel?
Makes no sense to me... :fun:

Guys, give me some credit :) I know all about dyed fish :(

He started to explain to me that these fish are made through breeding!!

Of course i corrected him.

did he get the fish then or did you talk him out of it????
He bought the plain white ones :)

But the one he aleady has in his tank is a dyed one :( But that one must be about 5 years old now!

Let me guess, the shop is the disgustingly awful one in Longford near the airport?

That shop should be shut down , a truely disgusting example of a lfs.

non UK viewers wont get this
but that sign reminded me of the one in last nights creature comforts by the chameleons
"available in all colours" ;-)

but the price is about right i think - i had some leopard cory at £3.75 each
till they were bullied to death by another nameless fish :-(

I was explaining to him about how the fish are dyed (acid injections etc) and the woman serving him just didnt care. She was still smiling!

Cheers andyt_uk. Fone is a 3650 (selling it if your interested).
