I have a 125gal fully cycled aquarium with 12 tiger barbs, looking to continue stocking.. Instead of driving around to the 5 or 6 different LFS's I have read that some of the members buy there fish online. I guess I never thought of that, is it safe for the fish? does it matter where you live? Do you have any website suggestions? I live in Milwaukee,Wi..

I have purchased many fish on line and have had very good results.
The down size is the shipping costs. most people will only give you a live arrival guarantee
with overnight delivery that costs around $50.

It is also good to note that even though the often "Live-Arrival Guarantees" shipping costs more often than not will not be refunded. With that said I've received several fish shipments including Discus with great success.
