He isn't giving it away, for those that would like it [myself included] cause it cost 4,050 dollars with shipping and handling.

But he does have an idea for a freshwater fish list. He might turn have of it into a terrian area, but right now he is concerned about the fish.

I'll give you the list. The pics are taken from elsewhere with the info to give you an idea about the fish.

6 Glass/Ghost Catfish

3 Armored Catfish

4 Giant Cory Catfish
http://www.mongabay.com/fish/corydoradinae.htm [five down from the top one]

[possible, probably not] 2 Asian Shark Catfish

4 Red Finned Loaches

7 Zerba Loachers [loves their color]
http://fish.mongabay.com/botiinae.htm [bottom]

4 blue Rams + 4 Yellow Rams
http://fish.mongabay.com/apistogramma.htm [basic info, bottom]

5 Flying Foxes
http://fish.mongabay.com/cyprinds.htm [five down from top]

5-10 Tiger Barbs

5-8 Cherry Barbs

Of course, there is room for changes, adjustments and the such... The fish WON'T be ADDED all at once of course.

Any personal experiences with these fish, any other ideas????

I would get marine fish for a tank that big
but as for freshwater, I would get bigger fish than what you have listed. like tiger shovel noses, Red tailed catfish, Pacus, arrowannas , and other gigantic fish you would never be able to keep otherwise. :sly:
Plus, millions of small fish in a big tank isn't quiet as cool as many bigger fish in a huge tank, and in a tank that big, you could have a school of 50 Red bellied parranahs.
Although 1000 neon tetras would make quiet a sight too. :)

The Asian Shark Catfish actually get HUGE.

40" in nature, and since the tank is so large, they'd easly reach that size.

Also, this is just a basic list.

Any LARGE fish are welcomed as ideas.

I would sooo be in heaven if I had that tank!
I agree with Frank. Big fish would be the way to go.
Red Belly Pacu's or Black Pacu's, Asian Red Tail shark,
Jaguars can get quite big, arrowana's, Florida Gars.
Oh so many Choices!

How about some Gibbiceps Plecos they grow to 18 inches or an Arowana or some Oscars. In that space you could probably keep a Red Tailed Catfish or Tiger Shovel Nose or maybe an Irridescent Shark. But personally I would go for a huge South American community tank.

I have 2 Jaguars and they for the most part are pretty docile.
I'm sure it's because they are in a fairly decent size tank (125g)
Mine are also still small, they are both around 5in.
Once they get bigger I'm going to have to move one of them to the 250g.
But in a 1200g tank you could have 3 and they would have enough room to where they wouldn't get very aggressive.
Full grown Jag's are beautiful fish!

*franticly searches for the green eyed emoticon*

Oh I envy you sooo much I cant even get a 100 gallon because my mother wont let me  I think you should go with RBP's because they will eat all sorts of meat you could just drop in a steak or so a day and toss in a hand full of apple snails (before you pt in the pirahnas) to clean up.

Opcn

You could also try an aba aba, an absolutely amazing oddball fish. although I'm not sure about getting a hold of one. -_-
Try typing in Aba Aba at google to get some results

ya i would get huge fish they would look so cool but i am stuck with my 40g tank :-(

well if i had a tank that big i would put some channel cats a redtail shovelnose a 12 inch clown loach a bass yes i said a bass or u could go with little fish like a school of angels big enough to breed and to have there own territory or u may want a 200 members of corys in there albino or pepper or anything

if i had a tank like that, i'd fill it with dicus, angels and ram...also about 100 neons and glowlights!!!!

you know for a tank that big that is a great price. I'll bet if you lived cheeper (Unfortunatly that means no more quilted toilet paper) more than half of the people on this forum could pull that in a year or less with the way I am about my 10 gallon If i got rid of it i could aford that in 4 year ... hmm. I've got to go... yehaw

:D pcn
