Hi Andrea. Give us a bit more information to help us help you.

How big is the tank?
How often do you test your water? What test kit are you using?
What is the temperature?
How and what are you feeding?
List all the fish that you have in the tank?
When did they start dying?

One of the the things to consider is that if your bottle water is too pure that is a problem. Fish need trace minerals usually available in municipal/city water supplies. Is your acreage water a problem? If so how?

Sorry about the fish death. One other thing to consider is that neons are notoriously weak fish and usually do better in established tanks, but even then they can die without warning.

hi there, well my tank is 38 gallon.i test the water with liquid testing,2x day as i am always worried, but my levels have shown 0ppm for over a month not even a spike.Even though i have switched to bottled water i still add cycle to water. The temp.sits between 77-78.i feed shrimp pellots and nutrafin max only in evenings so once a day.here my list:1 orange looking snake,twig,4 lemon tetras,6 different mollys,5 different tetras.i know i am over stocked but i take care of tank regularly.i had a few die about 3 weeks ago,and then my neons died in 4 days and then today i lost my beautiful long finned red tetra not sure of her name.i called her bella.she was just lying on bottem of tank breathing slowly.my acreage water i always fought with the levels, always had a very high ph and the cloudiness would not go.i have an awesome power head and u should see the filter.yuk!!!i just dont know what to do they all look sohappy swimming around.it is so hard to tell if there is sick fish cause they dont act sick.thanks
