fish in trouble

i have 3 jellybean parrot fish, my ammonia finially bottomed out today, and my fish are showing signs of stress. My blue parrot is turning black. My pink and blue parrot are on the bottom. they eat normally and begging for food when we get near the tank. I have had them for almost a month. My lastest is a little yellow one, only had it 5 days, he seems to be fine, except some black showing up too. have done water changes daily. can some one help. I have become very attached to what my husband has called the tweddles.
