Fish Ideas.....

I've had my tank cycled with CUC for about a week now.

Im not going to add any corals for a couple months until the set up is a little more "established"

What i'd like to do is add a fish or 2 so i have a little bit of movement in there (5 weeks of rock and sand is very boring)

I ideally want something relatively hardy - i've heard damsels arent exactly ideal due to them being quite territorial.

I wouldn't mind some some clown fish but would prefer something different; any ideas guys?

Ok so good size to work with. What type of tank ae you thinking of. Reef, FOWLR(Fish Only With Live Rock), Fish Only? Depending on which line you take, I would be looking at Tangs, Angelfish, Butterflyfish, Triggers, Wrasse.

A example for you of a Reef tank could be like this:

1 Coral Beauty (Centropyge bispinosa)
1 Yellowtail Damsel (Chrysiptera parasema)
1 Scott's Fairy Wrasse (Cirrhilabrus scottorum)
1 Canary Wrasse (Halichoeres chrysus)
1 Lawnmower Blenny (Salarias fasciatus)
1 Foxface Rabbitfish (Siganus unimaculatus)
1 Chevron Tang (Ctenochaetus hawaiiensis)
1 Whitecheek Tang (Acanthurus nigricans)
1 Sailfin Tang (Zebrasoma veliferum)
2 Ocellaris Clownfish (Amphiprion ocellaris)
5-6 Lyretail Anthias (Pseudanthias squamipinnis)

you have really torn me here....

Go for a friendly reef tank with lots of colour, or a larger fish only with brighter unusual fish.

If i went for the fish only option what would you recommend as a hardy first fish to add?

If I was going by that list, I would say either the Bluespotted Angel, Chevron, Raccoon or Canary Wrasse.
