i also have a thread about possible swim bladder. But my red eyed tetra literally just went CRAZY! I looked over at the tank and it was flipping in circles and spinning around all crazy. Ive never seen anything like that! [i wish i had my camera close so i could have gotten it on video, but no luck]

all other fish [2 red eyed tetras and 3 serpae tetras] are fine, no problems or strange behaviors.

Now the fish is near the top, in an almost vertical position like it has been for the last week since i got it.

HELP?!?

tank stats: [as of 01june09 2055 c]

PH-7.6
AMMONIA-0ppm
NITRITE-apx 1
NITRATE-apx 10ppm

something tells me these are not good. but its to late to call my LFS here, i plan on going tomorrow. but any help tonight would be greatly appreciated! thanks

A NitrIte reading of that will be extremely toxic to your fish. Do about a 50% water change, dechlor the new water and temp match as best you can, and re-test the water about an hour later. Your Ammonia and NitrItes should both be 0. If either are above 0.25, you should do a water change.

Keep to the same thread.
