Fish For A Utaka Setup

I'm going to start a 4' Utaka tank and was wondering which fish to buy? So can you guys help I would like some which don't look too similiar to mbuna's as i already have 2 tanks devoted to them.

i have kept mbuna, haps, tanganikas etc for years now, but i have to ask and sorry if i sound stupid but what is a utaka setup?

Utaka are a mostly water haps and don't look like mbuna at all anyway. It's simple to choose a species to go with - keep to something that stays under 8" fully grown so that they don't outgrow the tank and then get a group of 6-8 of them, depending on what type you choose.
