What are the diameters of the pond?
when it comes to larger coldwater species this is just as important as total volume

Also what filtration is running on the pond?

Presuming you in the UK,
It would be Goldfish species like Comets, Shubunkins, Sarasas, Lemons or Rosy Red Minnows and Weather Loach.

They will be fine outdoors,

ideally the pond could have been a little deeper but standard goldfish types, (which includes shubunkins) should be ok.

Add them in the spring, that way they have the whole summer to bulk up before the winter
