I think some people feed their fish egg yolk sometimes, but I'm not sure whether they only do it for fry or not.

You can feed you fish things like cucumber or courgette/zukini or peas. Actually, there are quite a few things you can feed fish

I think it's bad for the fish if you give too much as they get too much protein I think, but of course like many things it's ok in moderation.

hmmm i know someone who gives his red tailed shark (massive it is) malteasers....... and it eats them
